How this list is kept
Every entry traces back to a source — a file in the codebase or an entry in our engineering log — and the source is recorded next to it. A changelog without a reference is a claim; with one it stays checkable, also in six months.
Entries are chosen by hand, not collected automatically. Most of what we do in a week ("migration 0382 applied") is not news to anyone outside the team, and a script that scraped headlines would bury the three things that matter.
