Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)

A “consumer” (Verbraucher) within the meaning of this withdrawal instruction is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ikrames, Richard Mann, Albert-Einstein-Str. 47, 02977 Hoyerswerda, e-mail address: [email protected]) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract is received by us. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees on account of this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun the performance of the contract only after you have given your express consent thereto and have at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon the commencement of the performance of the contract on our part. We point out that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract and of delivery, have their domicile, habitual residence or delivery address outside a member state of the European Union (EU) or of the European Economic Area (EEA) and who do not belong to any of these member states.
